I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and common areas always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Le Hang and Nguyen Hang. The location was perfect, close to good food places for dinner and just a 20-minute walk from the bustling old town area.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of great food options for dinner, including street food, cafés, and Japanese and Korean restaurants. Guests can enjoy a diverse range of culinary experiences right at their doorstep. The rooms offer great light and views, with some overlooking the lake at Lenin Park. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to accommodate any changes or requests.
The carpet in the rooms could use a thorough cleaning, as it was mentioned to be in need of attention.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate any changes I needed during my month-long stay. The rooms were generally clean and had good lighting. The hotel is also conveniently located near various food options, including street food, cafes, and Japanese and Korean restaurants.
One major downside was the noise level in the hotel. I was initially assigned a room on the 2nd floor, which was uncomfortably noisy from as early as 4am.

The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to giving directions around the city.
The room I was given was small and cramped, with outdated furnishings. the AC unit was loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.
